Privacy Policy

Welcome. This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) applies to all websites operated by Premiere Home Health and its subsidiaries and affiliates (“Premiere Home Health”), including without limitation www.Premierecarestl.com (the “Site”). Any reference to “we”, “us”, or “our” in this Policy shall refer to Premiere Home Health. This Policy has been created in order to demonstrate and inform you of our firm commitment to privacy. The Information We Collect

Consent and Jurisdiction

This Site is controlled, operated and administered entirely within the United States. By using the Site, you signify your agreement to the terms of this Policy. Any claim related to the Site or this Policy shall be brought in a federal or state court in Nashville, Tennessee, within one year after the claim arises.
