There is a difference.
You have a choice.
We recognize the trust you place in us when you choose us for your care. Your health, safety and that of our team is our top priority. We want to help provide information and guidance for our patients and your loved ones to keep you informed
We are a local, Veteran owned, Medicare certified skilled home health company. Since 2008, we have provided skilled, professional home health to thousands of patients in St. Louis, St. Charles, and surrounding areas.
Premiere Home Health is built on the concept of the “boutique experience.” Every single person is important to us. We are proud of the scope and reach of our organization, and we will work fiercely to provide you complete care for the Body, Mind, and Soul. There is a difference, and you do have a choice. Learn more about the difference between home care, and Skilled Home Health.
Our staff delivers “whole patient boutique” care for body, mind and soul. Today’s health care needs are complex, requiring management and treatment of multiple disease processes, distinct cognitive and physical limitations, and ever present financial concerns. Helping families balance the stress of caring for a loved one and not being lost in a system that doesn’t care is our specialty.
For patients and their families,
the choice is clear
Many agencies manage care from the office, based on profits. Our nurses and therapists will coordinate with you and your doctor to make a plan of care. We do not “manage” our visit numbers from behind a desk.
Many agencies do not use case managers/teams. At Premiere, you will be assigned a RN case manager and the same team will follow you throughout your care.
Many agencies contract out for staff. We employ full time nurses and therapists who know you by name, and we do not contract out for any of our services.
Many agencies do not respond to your phone calls. At Premiere, the Administrator and CEO are personally available to answer your questions and concerns.

I want to provide a tremendous THANK YOU to everyone at Premiere Home Health for your assistance and participation with wellness training at The Boulevard Senior Living. You're an amazing group of people!
I had three of the most delightful ladies who were so very pleasant, professional and noticeable concerned about my well being. They were firm, yet compassionate and displayed a genuine caring nature. They soon became like family members and are adored not just by me, but my whole family. I look forward to their visits.
To everybody from Premiere Home Health, I am going to miss you all. I hope to see you all again soon. I enjoyed everyone I worked with. Both my nurse Medona, and my therapist George were nice to me and I will hope to see them again.
To all the Nurses and Therapists,
Thank you so much for all the excellent care and help you provided for my father over these past few difficult months. Your concern and expertise were a great source of comfort.
Many thanks to all the nurses, therapists and helpers for always giving Ray excellent care and Cathy good advice!

Thank you so much for the wonderful care you have my dad...You not only helped him heal, you also provided a smile, hope, and comfort for him and my mom and me.
I would like to commend your physical Therapist, Julie McGinnis. She earned my husband's trust and was able to get him to walk again without falling. We witnessed her attention and care with others in our facility. She was very good at her job and always had compassion for everyone. We are grateful she was part of our lives.
