We are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for our clients. You are never alone when you are under our care. Many agencies do not respond to your phone calls. At Premiere, the Administrator and CEO are personally available to answer your questions and concerns.
At Premiere, you will be assigned a RN case manager from the first day and the same team will follow you throughout your care. We employ full time nurses and therapists who know you by name, and we do not contract out for any of our services. Many agencies do not use case managers/teams and you see different representatives every time, which costs you time and quality of care.
